KINDY PUPPY Class for puppies 8 weeks to 4 months.  This includes:

• Socialisation - teaching your puppy to be comfortable and confident around other puppies and people
• Confidence building with new experiences - mini obstacle courses
• Developing good habits and establishing realistic goals
• Introduction to training - sit, lie down, settle, recall, lead skills
• Addressing common problems such as biting, mouthing, chewing, toilet training, jumping up

Kindy Puppy Class is a 6 week course, (6 x 1 hour lessons).  Additional weeks may be available to bridge the gap between completing Kindy and starting Primary Puppy.  Classes are held at a school which is outside but undercover.  The training area is on concrete and the school grounds are not public access, which makes it very low risk for puppies who haven't completed their vaccinations (please talk to your vet if any concerns).

PRIMARY PUPPY Class for friendly dogs 4 - 24 months old.  There is no pre-requisite for prior class attendance however this is the ideal follow on after Kindy Puppy class or Puppy Pre-School at your Vet.  This includes:

• Teaching calm and focus with distractions 
• Walking with you on lead
• Recall (coming when called)
• Settle on your mat/bed
• Polite greetings with people
• .... and more

Primary Puppy Class is a 6 week course, (6 x 1 hour lessons).

BEYOND BASICS CLASS - Obedience for Fun - for dogs who have completed Primary Puppy Class.  

Obedience for Fun is the next step after Primary Puppy, giving you the chance to improve and fine tune the skills you learnt and add many new ones.  We work on lead skills near other dogs, increasing distractions with recalls and added difficulty with stays, as well as refining greeting skills.

The aim is to maintain and improve your dog's training, confidence and social skills, with a flexible course content that can be tailored to each dog attending class. 

The classes are fun and relaxed, and how much work you put into the training outside of classes is up to you.  Come to work towards some specific goals or just for a night out with your dog!!

BEYOND BASICS CLASS - Trick Training - for dogs who have completed Primary Puppy Class.  

Trick Training is an option after Primary Puppy, giving you the chance to learn some new and fun activities with your dog.  As much as Trick Training is fun, there are also practical applications for many of the Tricks and they can also good for your dog's fitness.

Tricks are great for focus and connection to you, near other dogs as they give you new things to work on around distractions, that the dogs enjoy doing.

Teach your dog put their front feet on a platform, run out around a cone, go to their bed from a distance, jump through a hoop, spin, circle, straddle, weave through your legs, shake hands ......... and more

The classes are fun and relaxed, and how much work you put into the training outside of classes is up to you.  If you just want a night out with your dog that's fine, it doesn't have to be a serious training committment!
