Enrolment Form & Information Sheet Class Information

To book in for classes:

Please see the Class Schedule on the Classes page for next class start dates.

For Kindy Puppy Classes you will need to contact me for next start dates as puppy numbers vary during the year and it can be difficult to set dates too far in advance. However the times and locations are shown on the Class Schedule.

YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT ME (PHONE OR EMAIL) TO BOOK IN AS PLACES IN EACH CLASS ARE LIMITED.

You will then need to complete an enrolment form and return it together with payment (except Kindy Puppy Class where payment can be made at the first class). You can either print the Enrolment Form and Enrolment Information sheet from the website or they can be posted to you.

Your form and payment (if required) must be received prior to the class starting to confirm your place. There are often waiting lists for some classes, so this is really important so that you don’t miss out on your place.

Payment:

Kindy Puppy and Canine Basics courses are $135 for 5 weeks.
Pre-payment may be made by cheque/money order payable to Woofs & Wags or by direct deposit (account and postage address details below).
For Kindy Puppy Class payment in full is required at the first class and can be made by cash or cheque.

Bank Details:
Please see Enrolment Form.
* Please include your Surname and class start date as reference.

Cancellations:

If you are unable to attend the course, please let me know as soon as possible. If payment has been made and I can fill your place, you will receive a full refund. No refunds are issued once you have started the course and fees are not transferable to another course. Please see the Enrolment Information sheet for full details.

Children:

Children are welcome to attend classes and take part in the exercises if they are old enough to do so, but must remain closely supervised at all times.

If your children can remain reasonably quiet and still (when they are not training their dog) for the duration of the class they are welcome to attend. For children under 6 it is recommended that an additional adult attend to supervise. For classes at Somersby School, please ensure that children do not use the playground equipment, as my hire agreement with the School does not cover this area.

Wet weather:

All venues have wet weather facilities or are indoors anyway so classes can still be held.

Safe car travel:

Please ensure your dog is safely restrained in the car with a harness or in a crate/carry cage.

What to bring to class:

Your Enrolment Information sheet shows what you need to bring to class. However all classes require your dog to be wearing a collar, harness or head halter and to be on a lead. Choker/check chains and retractable leads are not permitted in class. You will need to bring your dog’s vaccination certificate along to the first class. As food is the easiest and quickest way to reward your dog, please bring some treats along with you, and if your dog is a little bit hungry they will probably be a bit more willing to pay attention to food treats in class. If your dog likes toys, please bring a toy along too.

Products for Sale:

A variety of collars, leads and harnesses are available for sale. Information will be provided with prices and details when you enrol.
